The Volunteer Bureau is a program of the United Way of Greater Lafayette. We are here to connect volunteers and volunteer opportunities. We have opportunities for Individuals and Groups, as well as for Adults and Youth. Volunteers are an important part of how the United Way meets our community's needs. We have a new Volunteer Services Coordinator, Samantha 'Sammi' Dummel. Sammi graduated from Purdue University in May of 2007. There she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising and minor in Art and Design. In her time as an undergraduate assistant at the Boiler Volunteer Network, Sammi was named President of Purdue's Boiler Blast 2007, Lead Events Coordinator for Season of Sharing, and brings a great deal of programming knowledge and familiarity. She looks forward to working with you! |
